Nerf and revise villager trading system, this is another major step toward actualizing #58:
- Make some trades exclusively buy-only or sell-only to prevent exploit-gaming
- Dramatically increase cost of experience potions
- For commutative trades (items that are both bought and sold) incur a penalty / commission for items sold back to the merchant
- All villagers have a minimum of 4 trades instead of 1
- All emerald-based trades replaced at parity with 3 silver coins
- Limit all trades to a maximum of 30 (plus the Vanilla limit of 7) defaulting to traditional Vanilla rules plugging this exploit hole until we have a better solution in-place
