Fix inter-mod dependency definitions.
Also I corrected a JSON syntax error in "Mod-Pack Integrations" mod. This is yet another reason why typesafe languages and constraints are absolutely imperative. By going easy on the developer here all you're really achieving are short-term gains at a much greater long-term expense. How many users have been put-off by this mod due to this syntax error? because I can assure you it went completely unnoticed for years. Tooling is supposed to work for me, not against me.
