The day/night cycle mutator wasn't completing successfully because it looks like some optimizations are performed on the bytecode from development -> production that effectively mangle the line-numbering tags. Since the day/night cycle was depending on line numbers for byte-code injection, we have to be more versatile here. I have also enhanced the transformer API to log warnings whenever a transformer fails to complete as expected.
