    11Kevin, if you do not feel that you can tackle this ticket or you find you're not coming-up with any satisfying answers then please re-assign this ticket back to me.  I'm just assigning it to you because I am taking on #5 first which I think is a higher priority as it is a critical platform decision upon which some of the most important core engine components depend and is therefore slightly higher priority.  This is still a priority task as well though, it's is just more general-purpose.
