...basically missing everything aside from rowan sapling, oak sapling, sickly twilight oak sapling, apple sapling, avocado tree sapling, sacred oak sapling, and sakura tree sapling.

If you're not satisified with a ticket resolution make sure you choose Modify Ticket -> reopen.

I'm going to automate this a little and try adding absolutely every block and item possible into the Olivine registry, will take some work that's for sure.
