Description
_Slythar_ cannot login because this account is on Microsoft and not on Mojang. SKCraft is currently upgrading their launcher to support this and we need to incorporate these changes into ours.

SKCraft devs have merged their code to master, I have merged this code into our feature branch feature/microsoft-oidc for testing.

Testing is going well, I expect to have a release no later than tomorrow morning (Saturday, February 26th, 2021)

Launcher is working, although it isn't necessary it's recommended that you download the new launcher from downloads. Microsoft login was tested in the base SKCraft launcher so it should work regardless, but we shall see (I don't have a Microsoft account to test).

This change is just to record the version upgrade of the bootstrap launcher.
I've begin refactoring our code tree and have successfully merged their new Microsoft authentication branch into our tree. There are still issues remaining, see the links in the ticket description for details.
