Description
bottles going to chest via hopper is not stacking properly, will start a new stack even if the same item stack in the chest is not full yet.

This is an issue with the potions themselves, not with hoppers or brewing stands. Many potions that are identical will not stack due to potions code design being fundamentally flawed.
