Bottle leaving Brewing Stand to go into hopper

Description ¶
the first bottle slot empties goes down to hopper but the second and third slot do not exit brewing stand, causes chain reaction of first slot always emptying through.

I got it to work by carefully synchronizing separate red-stone signals sent to the side hopper and underneath hopper to ensure they don't move bottles when they ought not to.
