Lava is not flowing from pipes

Description
connection was checked to refractory furnace and metal alloying furnace, but I want to get lava into buckets and it is not flowing out of the pipes. I have gone all the way down to seeing if the pipes would spit out lava with only thermal reactor and bauxite pipes, but still nothing.

The issue is non-replicable in an isolated environment. After restarting the production server the problem went away, so this indicates that the server got into a sick-state due to issues with memory management.

Looks like this is related to the lava-emission block

This is not just related to lava-emission blocks but also copper pipes and water too.

I am not having this issue on the public server at the public area. Breaking an re-placing the pipe blocks does nothing.

I would bet money this is related to going in and out of the Nether and back again (i.e. going through Nether, coming out someplace else in overworld, going back through Nether, coming out where you went in originally).

Fixed in 9.7.22-Orange and this was a PITA to diagnose and reproduce, but the bug was rather stupid. When a dimension unloads (e.g. Twilight Forest or the Nether) it's supposed to destroy and dispose of the pipe fluid emitter for that dimension but it was actually destroying all the pipe fluid emitters!
No lava comes out because the pressure is probably too low.
